CAN I RESERVE A PRODUCT?
No, unfortunately we cannot reserve products. A product is only reserved for you once payment has been completed.
HOW SHOULD I WASH MY CLOTHES?
Always follow the washing instructions on the label. We recommend washing delicate items at a low temperature and not putting them in the dryer.
When washed correctly, the clothes will retain their colour and shape. We recommend gentle washing for long-term use.
ARE YOUR PRODUCT SUSTAINABLY PRODUCED?
Our collection is made from sustainable materials. This is always indicated on the product.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO CHOOSE?
We recommend using our size chart and measuring your own measurements. If you are unsure between two sizes, choose the larger one for a more comfortable fit.
Our clothing generally fits true to size. Products that fit differently are indicated in the size chart.
ARE PRODUCT RESTOCKED OR ARE THEY 'WHILE STOCKS LAST'?
Some items are restocked, but limited edition items will not be restocked once they are sold out.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to make your decision. Please note that we are not responsible for paying any customs fees (import duties or taxes). You are responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. Please ensure you keep the proof of postage until your order has been returned to our warehouse. We cannot cover any issues if you are unable to provide track & trace or proof of postage.
